In a ‘world of escapism’ guests can start their journey in a restaurant inspired by international travel, passing through a ‘check-in’ desk before descending to ‘passport control’ and the bar in the ‘departure lounge’. The dining area itself includes a real Cessna aircraft hanging from the ceiling and private dining alcoves using seats from first class aircraft cabins.

Once seated your next destination is the food area giving you the opportunity to interact with five-star chefs to design bespoke dishes, cooked fresh to order, all for one set price. Customers can stick to just one type of cuisine or concoct a combination unique to their taste, as well as helping themselves to the brand’s famous buffet of ready-made delights.

While children explore the specially designed kids corner, parents can sit back and gaze up towards a four-metre by 1.5 metre glass window into a custom built patisserie kitchen where delicious pastries, cakes and desserts are prepared in full view of the restaurant.

A unique oriental grill takes centre stage where chefs use traditional Mongolian sword and shield techniques to barbecue fresh meat and vegetables at superfast speed. In the Indian kitchen expert chefs whip up hundreds of custom-made specialities from the North and South of the country, while an eight-metre sushi counter offers a constant supply of freshly rolled delicacies to accompany a plethora of East Asian dishes from the Thai and Chinese kitchens.

A fresh taste of the Mediterranean awaits in the Italian kitchen, where handmade pasta and dough is crafted and a state of the art oven, the first of its kind in the UK, fires an array of tailor-made pizzas.

Diners heading to the gourmet burger counter can build their ideal burger, choosing what spices go into their freshly-made 100% beef patties. Apart from a dizzying selection of garnishes and condiments, customers can also choose which type of fries they wish to accompany their burger.

To complete the journey is the restaurant’s unique double chocolate fountain as well as an authentic cold-stone creamery, manned by talented gelaterie staff, who can whip up ice cream sundaes according to diners’ every need and taste.

As with all our restaurants the unique experience is all available for one fixed price where kids aged 10 and under always eat for half price.
