Thailand's hot and spicy dishes have a unique character of their own which distinguishes them from the cooking of the rest of Asia. Perhaps this is because Thailand is the only country in South East Asia, that has never colonised, and thus its food and cookery, like its culture, have developed independently of outside influences.

Here at Red Hot Buffet Shacks different Thai dishes are served to compliment each other in colour, flavour and texture. We use an enormous variety of fresh ingredients which are carefully selected and blended to create exquisite, delicately flavoured, crunchy salads (yams), fiery curries (kings), chicken curries (kaeng) and beef curries (bhuds).

Our chefs use spices shipped all the way from Thailand like hot chillies, lemon grass, galangal and coconut which are added to seafood, meat poultry and tropical vegetables and cooked in a myriad of scintillating ways.
