The whole idea is to get the best of the quality and freshness while retaining its simplicity. We extensively use extra virgin olive oil which is treasured for its nutritional and salutary virtues. The extra- virgin olive oil is the most digestible of all edible fats and is known to slow down the aging process.

Here at Red Hot Buffet Shacks we use hand picked ingredients like vine ripened tomatoes and fresh basil imported all the way from Italy to maintain the authenticity. You can order your favourite pizzas from the menu or you can create your own pizza by selecting from the wide variety of toppings available. All our pizzas are made to order every time.

We use fresh (never frozen) dough to ensure the freshest, lightest pizza crust and the perfect base for whichever topping combination you may choose.
