From a single restaurant with 24 staff serving 120 different Indian, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican and Japanese dishes to a rapidly-growing chain of seven restaurants around the UK employing more than 720 people and serving up to 300 different dishes to more than 45,000 customers a week. We’re are now an award winning company recognised highly for our catering services and excellent customer service.
Red Hot World Buffet quickly recognised that its staff were their key asset – many of the core team who launched the first restaurant are now senior managers, having grown with the business. To help newer team members climb the ladder in the same way, the company has a programme called the Red Hot Way to reward its team and highlight the rising stars.
That culture of excellence is also seen in Red Hot World Buffet’s policy of seeking out the best new staff in all areas of its business – from chefs and operations to training & development, HR, finance, marketing and sales. And to ensure that the youth in each of the communities it operates in has a chance to excel in the world of retail and hospitality, Red Hot World Buffet has implemented one of the UK’s largest industry apprenticeship schemes. Aimed at those young people who’ve missed out on employment, training or further education opportunities, the scheme provides training to Level 2 NVQ standard, with a stable wage.
But don’t take our word for it – listen to the views of our different team members and get to understand more about what kind of a career the hospitality industry can offer you – and if you want to find out how to join our family then send us your details.
